Linda is an ACE certified Personal Trainer for 21 years and started her Pilates journey 15 years ago. Linda completed Balanced Body courses and became a certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner 9 years ago.
She has done extensive Ashtanga yoga training with Baron Baptiste, author of Journey into Power. She also trained with Beryl Bender Birch author of Power Yoga. Linda has taught Yoga for 15 years and incorporates her unique insight of body patterns that she learned from her Pilates training into her practice.
Linda studied with Yamuna Body Rolling and completed Levels 1 and 2 of training. She integrates these techniques into her Pilates practice.
Linda continues her journey for a holistic balance between eastern and western philosophies. She enhances movement by a combination of modalities and seeks to promote well-being and strength in her clients.
Linda continues her education with a focus on rehabilitation and body dysfunction. She has completed workshops including Liz Koch and the Psoas, Eric Franklin Method, Feldenkrais, and Smart Spine.
